Jill Brozek Memorial Scholarship

The Jill Brozek Memorial Scholarship was established to aid individuals impacted by Huntington’s Disease or living at risk with educational opportunities. The award is a one-time $2,500 award.

  • Award date: June 13, 2026, at the 10th Annual Cal Struble Memorial Golf Tournament

Qualifications

The applicant must be a graduating high school senior or currently enrolled in a 2-year or 4-year college or trade school.

Submit the following on or before Tuesday, May 5th, 2026:

  • Completed scholarship application form (type or print legibly)
  • Essay submission
  • Transcript (unofficial is acceptable)
